A small look inside

Start with the facts.
Keep the decision yours.

Choose an example, then explore the planned call controls. Everything here is fictional and runs in this page.

01 / Prepare your brief

Question a duplicate charge

Your goal

Find out why two charges appeared and ask how to request a refund.

Sample facts to approve

Two charges of $48 on June 3. One order confirmation: W-204.

For your preparation

Ask when a refund would arrive. Decide for yourself whether to accept store credit.

Sample amounts and dates, not Withstead pricing. No personal information needed.

The intended experience

Before, during,
and after the call.

You bring the reason for calling. Fred is designed to help with the details, while you stay responsible for the conversation.

  1. 01

    Prepare what matters.

Bring together your goal, relevant facts, and questions. Review what Fred may share before the conversation.

  2. 02

    Get help when you ask.

The planned flow asks for the other person's consent before AI participation. Ask Fred to answer from your brief or give you private guidance.

  3. 03

    Leave with next steps.

The intended debrief lets you review the outcome and decide what to keep. Prices, agreements, and commitments remain your decisions.

Built around your say-so

Help with the facts.
Room for your judgment.

The principles guiding Withstead: facts you review, participation with consent, and decisions you make.

A brief you review

Fred is designed to use approved facts and defer when information is missing. You should still check important details.

Participation with consent

The planned call flow includes disclosure and consent. Private guidance does not remove consent or data-processing obligations.

Control stays close

Answer, ask for guidance, remove Fred, or end the call. The illustration above shows the intended controls.

A few practical questions

Before you ask.

Can I use Withstead today?

Not yet. Explore the product concept here while Withstead is in development. Customer access is not open; real-call testing still needs to be completed.

What would Fred do on a call?

The intended experience is to answer using the brief you approve or provide private guidance when requested. Fred is not a substitute for your judgment or professional advice.

Does this demo make a call or save my information?

No. It switches between fictional examples in your browser. There are no personal-information fields, network submissions, cookies, analytics, or browser storage in the demo code. Loading the page still involves requests to the server hosting it.

What will it cost?

Pricing has not been announced. This page does not take payment, accept reservations, or enroll you in a plan.

What happens to real call data?

This website does not process calls. Before customer access opens, a separate product notice will explain call processing, service providers, retention, and your choices. Read the website privacy notice for this site.

Who is behind Withstead?
